Welcome to the Prezzi Express website terms and conditions for use. These terms and conditions apply to the use of this website at www.prezziexpress.com. By accessing this website and/or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

Using the website indicates that you accept these terms regardless of whether or not you choose to register with us or order from us. If you do not accept these terms, do not use this website.

We must receive payment of the whole of the price for the products that you order before your order can be accepted. Currency in transactions are in Australian dollars only. Once payment has been received by us we will confirm that your order has been accepted by sending an email to you at the email address you provide in your order form. Our acceptance of your order brings into existence a legally binding contract between us.

If a product you have ordered has sold out, we will contact you about whether you want to exchange for another product. If not, your order will be refunded in the original Australian dollar amount.

We will take all reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices of products appearing on the Website are correct at the time when the relevant information was entered onto the system.

Any typographical, clerical or other error or omission on any page of this Website, or in any sales literature, quotation, price list, acceptance of offer, invoice or other document or information issued by us shall be subject to correction without any liability on our part. The price of the goods shall be the price set out on the relevant page of this Website. This price is inclusive of any applicable GST. You are not permitted to sell and must not offer for sale or re-sell any of our products.

DELIVERY AND PAYMENT

At Prezzi Express we want our customers to get their purchases as quickly as possible and as safely as possible, while keeping costs down. For items sent within Australia, we’ve chosen Australia Post’s e-parcel tracking service, which gives you extra security.

We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours. If you have a special request, such as a gift arriving on a specific day or time, please email us on sales@prezziexpress.com, and we will organise that for you. This service may cost extra, depending on the request.

For international delivery, prices vary depending on the country. Please contact us on sales@prezziexpress.com for costing. A signature will be required upon receipt.

If you prefer NOT to use this site for payment, please contact us at sales@prezziexpress.com and we will organise payment by cheque or bank transfer.

PRIVACY POLICY

When you order or enquire about our products we need to know your name, postal address, e-mail address, telephone number, and, if ordering, your credit card number and expiry date. If you have ordered products for a third party we will need to know their postal address.

Prezzi Express values its customers and respects their privacy. We will never sell your personal information to a third party. We will never contact you, unless you have signed up for our reminder service or have chosen to be updated when new products arrive. Your credit card details are immediately deleted from the internet server. The company which runs our shopping cart, eWAY, has intruder detection software and procedures to deal with a breach. Its services are backed by the most stringent security measures available.

RETURNS POLICY

Please send the new and unused goods to us with all the original labelling attached within 7 days (Australia), 14 days (international) of receiving the goods. New and unused means there are no marks on the item or wear on the tags and the item has been returned to us in saleable condition. Prezzi Express will not accept returns for any non-faulty items that have been worn, washed and/or tags removed
